Hardcover with dust jacket in very good condition. 

Dust jacket has a piece of scotch tape along upper rear spine area [see photos] but is otherwise very good and in tact with some chipped edges / tanning.  Looks great in a new archival quality brodart jacket protector. 

Book itself is excellent.  A few bumped edges to boards.  Reads as new.
