Hardcover with dust jacket in very good condition. 

Dust jacket is in tact with tanning, unclipped panels.  A few tiny edge tears.  Water stain on front of DJ along top edge, and a far more subtle one along bottom [though very hard to see]

Book itself looks and reads like new.  Clean red cloth cover with gilded title on spine.  Pages are white, bright and like new.
