Extremely rare first printing of the landmark true crime novel and debut from prolific crime writer Ann Rule.

Hardcover with dust jacket.  Dust jacket is good with some flaws.  Clean and vibrantly colored but with visible wear & creasing along edges.  Medium sized tear from bottom left corner and spine as well as several small sealed edge tears.

Book itself is in Very Good condition.  Cover is clean with a faint hint of discoloration to boards.  Inside pages are clean, bright and untanned.  Reads good as new!
