Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach w. Photographs by Russell Munson

FIRST EDITION / ELEVENTH PRINTING [1972] THE MACMILLAN COMPANY

*Title page has been flat-signed and dated by Richard Bach.

Hardcover with dust jacket.

Dust jacket is very good; clean and in tact with some light shelf / edge wear.

Book itself is good and reads nicely. Foxing along top of text block and tips of cover as well as some sporadic foxing to pages, though seems to be confined to end papers and copyright page.   The rest of the pages look and read nicely.

Tanning to edges of an otherwise clean and sharp blue cloth cover.

This is a story for people who follow their hearts and make their own rules...people who get special pleasure out of doing something well, even if only for themselves...people who know there's more to this living than meets the eye: they’ll be right there with Jonathan, flying higher and faster than ever they dreamed.

Jonathan Livingston Seagull is no ordinary bird. He believes it is every gull's right to fly, to reach the ultimate freedom of challenge and discovery, finding his greatest reward in teaching younger gulls the joy of flight and the power of dreams.  - Bookshop Apocalypse
