Hardcover with dust jacket in Very Good condition. 

Dust jacket has some visible shelf / rub wear and a small sealed tear on upper back.  Otherwise, very good.  Housed in a new HD brodart jacket protector.  

Book itself is near mint; minor shelf wear.  Reads like new.
