Rare hardcover first edition / 2nd print.  Ex-library  w/ some markings on title page and initials on spine.  Cover is sharp and looks good as new with shelf wear and a few small marks. 

Pages are for the most part bright, white and read as new.  A few stains to vertical edge of text block, one affects pages [199-210] which suffer from various degrees of staining [see last 2 photos]
