Hardcover with dust jacket in very good condition.  Dust jacket has been price clipped on front panel, but is otherwise very good with some foxing to underside. 

Book itself is very good as well.  Cover is near perfect w/ one small spot stain on back and some light foxing to upper-outside page edges [see last photo.]
