Hardcover with dust jacket in excellent condition. 

Dust jacket is near mint w/ only minor trace shelf wear and some tanning to panels; price clipped on front panel.  DJ now housed in a archival quality protective mylar jacket.

Book itself reads as new w/ some inevitable tanning to pages.  Mild rub wear to boards.  A few pin sized spots to an otherwise immaculate  text block.
