Cujo by Stephen King [BOOK CLUB HARDCOVER] 1981 • The Viking Press
Cujo by Stephen King
BOOK CLUB EDITION THE VIKING PRESS
Smaller sized book club variant featuring orange boards with black leatherette spine.
Nice, clean copy with some flaws:
Dust jacket shows visibly worn edges, a few sealed tears. Fully in tact. Looks great housed in new HQ brodart jacket protector.
Book itself is nice; boards are clean. Mild crack to spine at front of the book [see photos] otherwise, very good.
Outside a peaceful town in central Maine, a monster is waiting. Cujo is a two-hundred-pound Saint Bernard, the best friend Brett Camber has ever had. One day Cujo chases a rabbit into a bolt-hole - a cave inhabited by sick bats. What happens to Cujo, how he becomes a horrifying vortex inexorably drawing in all the people around him makes for one of the most heart-stopping novels Stephen King has written.
