Hardcover w. dust jacket.  Duck jacket is in poor shape; front looks great but back has a chunk torn from top and an unsightly rear panel which appears to have been torn and reinforced with tape.

In contrast, the book itself is actually excellent and looks / reads good as new.  There is a small square of damage from a removed price sticker on first blank page inside cover.
