Keith Floyd is a celebrated chef and the popular presenter of several highly successful television cookery series for the BBC. His books accompanying the series include Far Flung Floyd and Floyd on Oz, from which these recipes are taken, Floyd on Spain and Floyd on Italy, all of which are published in Penguin, and the recent Floyd on Africa. When he is not rushing around the world filming he divides his time between Ireland and Devon, where he owns a pub.
