Cover has a crease and some visible shelf / rub wear, as well as a few light stains.   Binding / structure is tight.   

Some soiling to outer text block with a corresponding water stain to top-right corner of first two dozen pages or so, though increasingly tiny on the latter pages [see last photos].   Otherwise, reads beautifully with clean white unmarked pages throughout.
