Hardcover with dust jacket in very good condition.   Dust jacket is excellent; one sealed tear near upper left corner.   Now housed in a HQ protective mylar jacket.

Book itself is very good;some small spot stains to text block, visible on edges of a few pages [see photos]  -- otherwise excellent w/ near pristine boards and a tight binding.
