Outer sleeve, printed inner sleeve and record are all near mint. 

Outer sleeve still in original shrink w/ only minor trace shelf wear.  Comes w/ a new plastic jacket protector.  

Inner sleeve is near mint; minor split forming at center of one side (see photos)

Record is near mint.  Sounds flawless.   Beautiful copy!
