Hardcover with dust jacket in excellent condition.   Minor shelf / edge wear to Dust jacket; which is overall stunning.  Now housed in a HQ brodart jacket protector. 

Book itself is near mint.  Stunning immaculate boards w/ gilded title on spine.  * 4 pages have stains to corners. [see last photo] - visible on text block as well. Otherwise reads as new. 

Offred is a Handmaid in the Republic of Gilead. She may leave the home of the Commander and his wife once a day to walk to food markets whose signs are now pictures instead of words because women are no longer allowed to read.
