Hardcover with dust jacket. Dust jacket is in tact and in good structural condition with some tanning.  One small sealed tear to upper left hand corner on back with some surrounding creasing. 

Book itself is also very good.  Blue leatherette cover looks good as new.   Pages appear unread but do have some foxing along outer text block [see last photos]
