Hardcover with dust jacket in acceptable condition. 

Dust jacket is fully in tact and clean with visible shelf wear; housed in a new HQ brodart jacket protector. 

*Note- book would be very good if not for two torn pages:  One of which was mended by a prev. owner with scotch tape (see photos) - the other is mild and was sealed w/ publishers adhesive by us--- both pages are completely readable. 

All other pages are clean and most show little to no wear.
