Book itself is gorgeous.  Near mint with beautiful, slightly bumped red boards and gilded red cloth spine.   Reads like new. 

Dust jacket is in very nice shape; housed in protective mylar jacket.  Some light shelf wear and a small damp stain along top of spine [see last photo].  Otherwise excellent.
