Rare true 1st printing of the horror classic!

Hardcover with dust jacket in very good condition.

Dust jacket is in decent shape;  a little beat up with visible shelf wear and some torn edges. Original price in tact on front panel!  Now looks pretty great housed in a new HQ brodart jacket protector. 

Book itself is pretty good with some flaws; water stain [color drain] to cloth on front boards.  General shelf and rub wear and some corner damage. 

Reads beautifully with some inevitable tanning to pages.  *initials of orig owner neatly signed in corner of front flyleaf.
